Gastroscopy
Gastroscopy involves using a slender, light-guided scope to evaluate the inner lining of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum. It allows for a detailed view of these parts of the digestive system to detect any issues such as abnormalities, including ulcers, bleeding and cancer.
Colonoscopy
Colonoscopy involves passing a flexible scope with a camera through the anus to examine the large intestines and the rectum for any abnormalities such as polyps, inflammation or cancer
Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
A specialized endoscope with an ultrasound probe is used to create detailed images of the digestive tract walls and surrounding organs to check for abnormalities such as tumors.
ERCP
Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography is a procedure to diagnose and treat bile duct and pancreatic diseases such as gallstone removal and relieving blockages
Small Bowel Enteroscopy
A specialized endoscope is used to examine the small intestine, which is difficult to reach with standard endoscopes or colonoscopies, thus requiring special equipment.
Video Capsule Endoscopy
A small capsule is swallowed by the patient to capture images of the digestive tract lining, providing a comprehensive view of the small intestine, which is another way to examine the small intestines besides doing a small bowel enteroscopy.
Liver Assessment
Diagnostic procedures are carried out such as arranging ultrasound, labs and biopsy to evaluate liver health and diagnose conditions like hepatitis or cirrhosis.
